About the Job
STEADY CLIENTS. FULL & FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. GOOD CULTURE. $50+ AVERAGE PER SERVICE & SIGN-ON BONUS.

We're a thriving spa in downtown Wake Forest and we offer a steady stream of clients, a calm environment, and a team that gets along. We're looking for therapists who love their work and want a space where their peace is protected. You're the expert and we're here to handle the business side so you can focus on your clients. We are excited to offer a $1000 SIGN ON BONUS and flexible scheduling options to help you balance your professional and personal commitments.

Consistent Clients. Predictable Income.

Our membership model makes massage more affordable for clients, encouraging them to make wellness part of their routine instead of an occasional splurge. That's why our therapists' schedules remain full, and they earn nearly 40% of every service while we take care of everything else: fully furnished treatment rooms, luxury linens, premium products, laundry, marketing, scheduling, and the day-to-day costs of operating the spa. This allows you to spend more time doing what you love and less time wondering where your next appointment is coming from. We also encourage clients to tip at the industry standard, helping therapists maximize their earnings while being recognized for the exceptional care they provide.

What's in it for you:
  • $50+ average per service, inclusive of gratuities (rate dependent on modalities).
  • $1000 Sign-on Bonus.
  • Steady client base from day one.
  • Flexible scheduling - we work around your life, not the other way around.
  • No exclusivity required.
  • Free liability insurance renewal.
  • License renewal reimbursement.
  • Continuing education credits.
  • Electric lift massage tables, unlimited HydroLuXe access, employee rates.

What we're looking for:
  • Active NC Massage Therapy License & liability insurance.
  • Someone who takes their work seriously and treats people well.
  • Full-time or part-time; new grads welcome.
  • Proven experience in patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care.
  • Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, pain management strategies, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments to customize treatment plans effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for educating clients and working collaboratively with team members.
